Do banks ever need to see inspection of apartments?

I have a 10-unit apartment under contract that we’re having inspected tomorrow.

Do banks or hard money lenders ever look at or need the inspection results?

Thanks,

Ben

@Account Closed usually bank or HML will send their own inspector as they want to make sure they know the correct value of the property.
