What are the best areas to invest in Tacoma -Multi-family?

Hey All

I am new to the real estate investment game. I live in Seattle. I was thinking to invest in Tacoma  Multi-family units (4-Plex), mainly because I think cash flow is better than Seattle multi-plexes (I own a four-plex in Seattle.) However, I have less to no information on where to invest in Tacoma and what are the businesses around which will make the housing market in demand.

A couple of questions here:

1. Can you please recommend few neighborhoods in Tacoma which are good for owning multi-family units?

2. Are you a multi-family unit owner in Tacoma? I would love to connect with you and learn from your experiences.

3. Can you recommend real estate agents who specialize in finding off-market multi-family units in Tacoma?

Thank you in advance!

-Smita

Hey Smita! I am in the same boat as you and am wondering what area you eventually invested? Were there any bumps in the road? What areas did you avoid? Thanks
