Wondering if you guys used any AI tools which helped in buying/selling real estate?

I am a Product Manager at PropertyReach and also an investor. This community has been immensely helpful to me in my investment journey and I am grateful to you all.

We are building a product for Investors, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Flippers. Home services personnel and many more, to get real estate insights and discover the potential leads to grow the business.

What I am looking for?

- Users who fit into above categories and would like try our website and provide me feedback on usability of the application, data accuracy, what you liked, disliked in our app and what we could improve on.

I would really love to learn from your feedback and enhance our product. If you could sign up for trial through our website that would be great. But if you wish me to get you a trial login, I can do that as well.

Even if you don't fit into above categories but would love to play around the product and provide me the feedback, I would definitely appreciate it.

Hello all

I found a potential new construction property in a Lakewood, Tacoma area. Zip 98499.

It's 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom 1700 sq ft. I have a hard time guessing the rent for this as I didn't find any comparing properties.

I would love your help on following questions:

1.What do homes like these typically rent for in this area?

2. Where do you get the leads from when the property is advertised on craigstlist, zillow and apartments?

I am an investor in Seattle and usually Zillow and Craigslist have been super useful to me. Would love to know if it's the same case in Lakewood. Do people usually follow the "For Rent" signs? or will I have to use Property management company to get tenants?

I am a WA state resident and looking to invest in SFH or multifamily in Chicago. I would like to pick your brain and hear your experiences if you are a out of state investor and currently own SFH or multi family in chicago. Really appreciate your help!

Hey All

I am new to the real estate investment game. I live in Seattle. I was thinking to invest in Tacoma  Multi-family units (4-Plex), mainly because I think cash flow is better than Seattle multi-plexes (I own a four-plex in Seattle.) However, I have less to no information on where to invest in Tacoma and what are the businesses around which will make the housing market in demand.

A couple of questions here:

1. Can you please recommend few neighborhoods in Tacoma which are good for owning multi-family units?

2. Are you a multi-family unit owner in Tacoma? I would love to connect with you and learn from your experiences.

3. Can you recommend real estate agents who specialize in finding off-market multi-family units in Tacoma?
