Do you find a demand for one bedrooms? We just bought a duplex, one side is a one bedroom it could easily be a two.

What are your thoughts on one bedrooms?

It depends on the market and the demographics in that market but often 1 bedrooms are the quickest to lease and usually have the highest $/sqft. That may not be the case with your duplex, however.
