Next year Trump is changing laws on Section 8, would this mean that your current tenants might become not illegible and you face potential evictions. Any difference how these laws will be implemented between states ?
In general would you buy a property with Section 8 tenants, Why / Why not ? given numbers are looking good for property.

My angle is that it isn't likely to amount to anything significant. We have some section 8 tenants mixed in with regulars in one of our properties. Not overly concerned at this point.
