Insurance rates are sky rocketing. My insurance broker could not find me a reasonable insurance so I ended up with online insurers. It is expensive.
Do you have a recommendation insurance Broker in the valley ? i am looking to insure 27 unit in Freno

My insurance company declined coverage because they are moving out of state. I discovered this online insurance agency that help by get the coverage promptly after my insurance agent brought in exorbitant quotes for me.

@Edward Zachary Samperio thanks for the advise. What would be the state website I can file the complaint with ? Would it be against the seller or agent ?
When we removed the carpet the flooring guy found out some of the beams were not leveled.
There are no cracks in the walls I see, I do not see any cracks on the walls, if there were any they might have covered them.

I just bought a primary home. After I replaced the carpet on 2nd floor with Laminate, I see floor is not leveled. This was not in disclosures and real estate agent say she is not aware of it as well.
What are my options ?
