Any people signed up for Michael Blank's Deal Maker's Mastermind? Is it worth it? I have never done any multifamily investing and it seems like a good and quick way to get feedback? Any experiences with his syndicator calculator?

this post is 3 years old, however. if you purchase the Syndication Deal Analyzer. (which is quite useful) you get a free months trial of the mastermind group. I'm currently on the free trial.
