Master Lease Template & Process
I'm looking for a template for a commercial apartment master lease. Anyone have one that favors (or provides adequate protection for) the seller? I have a potential "buyer" who wants to start the lease on November 1, 2019. Is there more required than just doing a lease? Fililng with the city/state/county for water bill, etc?
