What is everyone using to track all the info for syndication deals? General income and expenses and payouts to investors...all of it.

The online version of QB is great. Changes made in real time, audit trail, mobile app, ease of use, multiple users, etc. There is a learning curve there though.

For syndication, there is a spreadsheet that Michael Blank has. Its pretty robust, but it does not replace a full service accounting software.
