LARGE MULTIFAMILY DATA

Hey BP,

So as a 22 year old I know its crazy but my partner and I have been marketing to large multifamily in different markets and have a viewing direct with the seller for a 330 unit value add deal in Atlanta in late May. First wanted to thank fellow BP members for all of the help and teaching me so much in this new sector of real estate I am getting into.

But, I wanted to know how often you guys are pulling new lists/leadS. How do you keep your data fresh on a month to month basis? We have access to CoStar nationwide but not sure how often they refresh their data and keep it fresh. Can anyone give any advice on what they do for this? We are looking to build a consistent marketing plan.

Thanks so much! Stay safe.

@Jordan Santiago nice.

I buy deals 200+ unit deals in Atlanta so good job.

I use YardiMatrix for leads. Not sure about CoStar, but it seems Yardi updates the database frequently.
