I’m 19 and saving every penny I can for my first hopefully brrrr property. What would be a good amount of capital to start off with for a first property?

Househack with an FHA loan. Live in it for a year, rent it and repeat or live in it 2 years and sell. Get roommates or buy a duplex for even more income while you live in the house.
