Looking to buy a quadplex but unsure where to look for the best bargains? What's good state's with good markets?

Hey Timothy!

I live in NC so my answer may be biased- however the southeast has shown great progress during COVID and is continuing to grow. A lot of the major cities here are competitive, but most across the country are. I recommend looking into tertiary and secondary markets surrounding the "top" MSAs to find deals that make sense. Also looking in your backyard first is a great way to start.

@Timothy Harris the good market in the good state is whichever market you find you're able to put forth a sustained effort over time in. If you're looking for a strong cash flow market out of state, Ohio might work for you. If local and appreciating is important, you have the east coast markets near by. Personally I'd start maybe in Pittsburg, since is within your state and not overly priced.
