What would you look for if you were investing in a syndication?
I am planning for the future here but what would you guys look for when investing in a syndication. More specifically, a brand new one with no previous funding or results.

- Who are the other partners?
- What is the experience of the other team members?
- What is the advantage, the hook, the reason I would choose a less experienced team?
- What is the market?
- How well does the team know the market?
- How well do I know the team?
- Do I trust them?
