Kirsten, I am looking for multifamily investing clubs. I really want to learn the ins and the outs of multifamily investing including syndication!

I am having trouble finding any real estate meetups in MN. Any recommendations on where to look or where to join?

I have just been offered a full time position as an auditor at one of the big 4s. However, the office I am in has no real estate related clients. I am considering exploring other positions such as an analyst at Fundrise. Is this a good idea and/or do you have better recommendations for jobs choices?

I have been offered a full time position as an auditor but the office I am in does not have any clients within the real estate industry. I am considering looking elsewhere for a job in real estate. I have been considering a job at Fundrise and wanted to get your thoughts on this or even see if you have recommendations for other real estate job positions I should explore.

I am planning for the future here but what would you guys look for when investing in a syndication. More specifically, a brand new one with no previous funding or results.

I will be moving into a new apartment soon (for college) and I am aware of some nice and squirrel problems. I have contacted the landlord multiple times requesting that they be addressed before I move in. We’ll move in day is right around the corner and she has not addressed them still. Is there anything I can do to make sure it is taken care of? For reference I am in Minnesota. And in the lease, it states that “the tenant is responsible for pest control costs if it is determined that they are the cause of the infestation” but being that’s haven’t moved in yet it should also be free of charge. Thanks I’m advanced!

Would you suggest I wait to form an LLC until I have more than one property or does it not make a difference when I create one?

How do you guys handle your personal expenses and rental expenses? Separate bank accounts or some other form?

Hey everyone, I'm a Minnesota resident. I'm curious, where are you guys finding deals today?
