Small bathroom design?

Hi

I am renovating a 4 unit townhome, each unit has 3 bed and 1 full and 1 half bath.

The half bath is 5ft by 5ft. Is it possible to convert the 5 ft by 5 ft to full bath?( like: pedestra sink, toilet, open floor shower..)

I dont have space to expand the 5by5.

Are there any ideas to make it full bath?

I appreciate any ideas/comments.

It is possible however it would depend where the door is located, how it swings, and local regulations. Just search "5'x5' full bathroom layout".
