Newbie to Real Estate

Hey guys, I’m new to real estate investing and wanted a little advice. I have been listening to the podcast for over a year now and I think I want to get started. I am currently renting but would like to start a rental portfolio but I have very little money (5k). Should I save or try to jump in?

Thanks in advance!

House hack. I bought my first property with an FHA loan. Took about $5k for closing costs, down payment, etc. That being said, you'll have NO reserves. I'd save a little more and learn about house hacking while you save.
