Newbie Investors Looking Grow Out Of State (out of CA)

Newbie investors here! We have a couple of properties already in San Diego, CA but are looking to out of state to grow our portfolio for better cash on cash returns. Any advice or suggestions are welcome.

Hey @Stephen Kerner congrats on your couple of properties here in San Diego. I'm surprised you are still looking out of state if you already have properties here. I used to own properties out of state and sold them off to buy more here. If you are interested in initial cashflow I can show you some places out of here but your returns will certainly be no where near those of the San Diego market. Feel free to reach out.
