Hello!

I wanted to take the opportunity to reach out and introduce myself to some of the other local investors in the central Ohio area!

About 2 weeks ago, I closed on my first investment property, a 4 unit in Springfield. I’d like to gravitate back towards Columbus going forward. But, for about 24 hours after getting the keys, I was unbelievably high on life like you wouldn’t believe!

I just started listening to the BiggerPockets podcasts and reading the books about 4 months ago. A couple investing books and maybe 10-15 podcast episodes in, and I realized this is a path I was meant to take. I have no relevant experience what so ever, by the way! All military, overseas contract security, and law enforcement. But, wow, I haven’t stopped talking real estate since that first podcast episode. From finding and analyzing deals, putting in offers, negotiating terms, closing, and managing properties, rinse and repeat! I just love everything about it. The fact that we literally provide one of the most important commodities outside of like, nutrition and air! And each deal is one step closer to true financial freedom. It’s awesome! 

Anyways, I’m so glad to be able to reach out and get to know folks in the real estate world!

 I love the enthusiasm! Ohio is definitely a great place to start and I think we have fantastic opportunities here. Best of luck with everything and reach out any time if you have questions about the Cincinnati area!
