Investing out of state in Huntsville, Alabama

Hey everyone,

I’m based currently in Utah and have been looking into buying some SFRs in the Huntsville, Alabama area.

I’m curious, does anyone have any recommendations/referrals for the following to build out my out of state team for Huntsville:

- A good buyer’s agent in the Huntsville/surrounding areas (would be great if they also owned rentals)
- A good property manager they’ve worked with in the past

- Anyone in the area/out of state that owns rentals in that area that I could connect with.
