Looking into purchasing a sfh in 89014 as a rental property. I've got nothing but numbers so far on my research so some real life situations and feedback would be helpful at this point. Any experienced landlords in this specific area code? How long have you all been invested in this area and what are your thoughts on the tenants/vacancy/appreciation in this area? Any tips would be appreciated.
