looking for recommendation of a loan officer for a property in Indianapolis (just finished complete renovation)

Any feedback would be appreciated!

Hi Boris!

If you just completed the renovation, most lenders are going to want to see the property seasoned for 3-6 months and rented before they look at doing a refinance. However, there are some lenders that will do what is called a "no seasoning on value". This means that they refinance based on the current value of the property within 6 months of purchase.

You'll also want to keep in mind that many lenders have a max loan amount of 100k. Once again though, there are exceptions out there.

If you are interested in going over options, shoot me a DM!
