I am just starting to look at Fountain Square Indy, anyone familiar with the area?

Fountain Square has completely changed in recent years. It's definitely an up and coming area. The neighborhood is nice and lots of renovation happening.

Fountain Square blew up and blew out. It's all A class luxury renovations with some STR opportunities sprinkled in. Most opportunities are near full tear-down renovations to compete with the neighborhood comps.
