Question for Refinance equity also
Guys if i do brrrrr method.. i know i can refinance 75-80 % to get my money back.. after i finish the project ok i know... but my question can i refinance my money and the equity i add to the property also at the same time ? ?? I know my payment monthly can be higher i know but can i do it ????
