Mentor in Indianapolis

I’m a GC in Indianapolis and I have read a handful of

books, watched countless videos and I believe it’s time to get my feet wet. I feel it would be good to have a seasoned vet in real estate to mentor me.

I’ve discussed with others about utilizing my skillset to manage projects and even flip or turn properties for sweat equity/mentorship. I interested in fix n flips as well as buy & holds. I understand and respect others time so I’m open to how I could be of value to those who may be interested by utilizing my construction experience.
