Tips for Newbies - Best Loan Officer

This may not apply to Wholesalers, but if you plan on selling anything retail you will want to learn this. Who is the best mortgage loan officer in your town? He/she can really save a deal for you if they are good. If a potential retail sale falls apart because the buyers loan didn't get approved, don't assume that is true across the board. Some loan officers have more options available to them. Who's the best in your town? Hint, the best Realtors can point them out for you.
