Tenant wants to install a fence at my property for pet

I have a tenant that wants to install a fence in the backyard of my property for their dog. What are some things I should consider for this scenario? Is there documentation I need to establish for when the tenant leaves? Who will be liable for maintenance on the fence, etc. Do I need to get my real estate attorney involved to draft up something?

Id ask them what type of fence and if it goes with the house and something that will add value, Id let them do it.
