I think they don't know what to say so they're just using a generic post title. It'd be better if they were more specific. Speaking of BP as a dating site, I have had a couple of Bay Area guys in my DMs ask to meet up for coffee/lunch to talk real estate. I don't mind a phone call or Zoom to discuss investing. I felt uncomfortable since it was like their first message and pretty direct. I deflected it by asking what are you investing in then never heard from them or ignored the message. If I'm going to meet investors in person, it would need to be at a real estate meet up in a group setting or after lots of calls/Zooms. Someone did try to scam me on here...that's a whole other story (on a separate post) so I try to be cautious. Maybe I'm paranoid or overthinking?

I will take a dating post any day of the week. Versus. Does anyone know a good carpenter.

How did I never see this! Too funny. This will now be my standard response to these worthless, "I'm looking for my participation trophy" posts!

Great april fools gag. many people like to do an intro to break the proverbial seal which I am ok with.I would much rather see those posts than the "what state shouldI invest in" or does anyone have documents for X or how do I transfer my property to a LLC...
