What is needed to Increase the number of Women Investors? It feels like most flippers are males? What impediments exist that keep women from enjoying real estate and financial freedom?

Most carpenters , electricians , roofers , landscapers are male . WHY ?   Maybe women as a whole arent interested in these jobs or flipping houses >
