This is my first post on BP. I'm planning to invest in Cincinnati, Ohio, specifically near the University of Cincinnati (UC), and I could use some guidance. I'm also looking to build a reliable team, including an agent or property manager, to assist with this long-term investment.

If you have any recommendations for the area, I'd love to hear them. I'm also open to any advice or alternative suggestions you might have.
