Is there anyone who can help me understand how to leverage real estate investing being a military vet with 100% VA disability benifits?

Not really any different than anything else. You have VA loan eligibility, you have (I assume) a service-connected disability check every month which you would use as your income. If that payment is low, then you will probably need to aim for a duplex/triplex/quadplex you can get into with your VA loan and go from there. With the caveat that you have to pay off your VA loan (or use less than your total eligibility) to be able to use it again moving into another property.
