New to the game of real estate investing. I want to learn how to invest in multi family properties and learn about the different types of investing when it comes to real estate.

Hello @DeWayne Rooks, I love that you want to learn about real estate investing. I have been involved in real estate personally and professionally for well over 35 years. I became a licensed agent and then managed properties, started in tech, invested in my own properties and now I invest in syndications. My partner and I started a coinvesting club and I love investing there as it is truly passive. Over the years I have had my share of aggravation in managing my own properties and those of others. Besides purchasing properties and investing in syndications, there are also real estate crowdfunding platforms such as Groundfloor. Bigger Pockets is a great place to learn and it wouldn't hurt to join investor groups, virtual or in person. I wish you the best of success!
