Hi, 

Can anyone speak to a recent (within the last 5 years) experience with VJ-C? I listened to an interview with her, and she came across as genuine and knowledgeable. I searched the BP Forum and found some posts related to her, and although they were positive, they were 5 years old and had substantially lower pricing. I visited her website, and she now charges over $19,000 for her mentoring services. Perhaps I'm unaware of the costs associated with mentoring, but this seems a bit pricey for the service. Any feedback anyone has about their current experience with her would be very helpful.

 What are you trying to accomplish? If the typical real estate deal gets 8% do you have $200k+ cash to invest to make back what you paid for a course? I have no knowledge on this training but for me personally, I stay away from anyone who calls themselves a guru, god, goddess.... Most information can be found for free on youtube. I have no idea what this person teaches but for $19k that seems like a very expensive course.
