What are the tools you guys use to find deals?

Just curious, what tools are you guys use to find deals? Just relying on agents? Any softwares? I just started on the real estate investment, and I am using DealCheck for now, but wanted to learn if there are better ways to do it. Thank you!

Chris, great question—finding deals is half the battle. A lot of investors use a mix: MLS through an investor-friendly agent, off-market lists (PropStream, DealMachine, or even driving for dollars), wholesalers, and networking on forums like this. The key is layering multiple sources so you're not reliant on just one. Personally, I've seen some of the best deals come from local connections paired with consistent lead tracking tools.
