Free help. If you have a little time teach, I have time to learn
I'm looking for an experienced investor who may be willing to teach a beginner a few things.
Weather it's the tedious things you hate doing or things you might enjoy teaching I'm willing.
Not looking for income just looking for Knowledge.
Thanks in advance

Hi Howard, and welcome. It'll be a little difficult to find a mentor on the forums. It's always a balance of how much time are you asking vs what value you could add to the teacher. While advice is worth what you pay for it, etc., I recommend starting with a few books: The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Keller, The ABCs of Real Estate Investing by McElroy, Landlording On Autopilot by Butler. Go to meetups in your area and ask your questions.
