I would talk to your current custodian (Fidelity, Vanguard, Schwab, etc. whomever currently has your IRA account) and you should be able to convert it right there. There are options for future conversions, past conversions or both typically on the portals. I would also connect with a CPA to make sure that you can do that with no tax consequence to be certain.
