Hey Bigger pockets team,
Anyone else finding it extremely difficult to find deals in SoCal? Any advice as to what some of you all are doing would be helpful. I haven't closed a deal since April, and we have money. Everything coming across my desk are deals where a lot of people 1 do not know how to access a property correctly or 2 "jack up" the numbers real highlike we are not going to take the time to look at it. Anyone have any good suggestions please advise. Trying making this a awesome summer.
