I was watching AAN auctios in Florida on tv last night. Some of the property's were selling for 30k. Can you believe that? 

I have heard from many other people that FL is a good place to be investing right now because the market is low. 

Am I missing something here? 

I am long distance btw. (RI)

Florida is awful! I recommend East Providence, Rhode Island. I hear that is a HOT market!
