Owner financing with no experince
Lets say, i find a motivated seller that wants to sell the house with $5000 down, no loans or mortgages on the house either... How do i write up a contract to protect me as the new owner and how soon would i get the deed?

The title company can have their attorney draw up the mortgage & primmissory note for you.
