Finding Median Home Prices by Zip Code

Hello BiggerPockets members!!! 

I have a question for you all.  I'm looking into finding out how exactly I can go by in figuring out what median home prices are as pertaining to the zip code that they fall in.

Does anyone know how to find this out without access to the MLS, possibly through a particular website???

What are you asking for is a comps report which is a function in the MLS system. Zillow does publish some sales data, but I am not sure if they do comps reports.
