Seller refusing to supply proof of cash flow
Hello,
I am looking at buying a turnkey investment property that is tenant occupied. The seller has supplied me with a rental agreement but refuses to show me proof of cash flow i.e. bank statements or copies of deposited rent checks.
Is this a red flag not to proceed?
Thanks for your feedback!

If you are going to go the turn key route, you should at least use a reputable company like Memphis Invest. The owner Chris Clothier is a member of BP and active on this site. Also check out @Jay Hinrichs website http://turnkey-reviews.com/ for information on turn key companies.
