Owning multiple units in condo building

I currently have a condo that we just finished and are renting out and it is cash flowing. A unit adjacent to ours has come on the market and it is at a very good price that would also cash flow (after renovations). The fees are very low in this facility because it has been managed very well over the years

I am curious to people's thoughts about owning more than one condo in a 45 unit complex

I do manage them myself and have a local handyman who does any maintenance on them (which I have fixed up the first one completely and have not had any maintenance)

Curious as to thoughts ?
