600 Credit, not much money, but hold a RE License. Suggestions?

Any ideas on how I can get involved in Real Estate investing without having a ton of money saved up or having a good credit score? Maybe holding a real estate license provides value since I don't have the money or credit?

You probably have (or can make) contacts who would be good private lenders / money partners. Be a team player, find a team and share in their profits to start building yours.
