Hello community. According to THE MAN THE MYTH THE BRANDON TURNER's BRRRR STRATEGY.what is the significance of holding on to a property for 5 years? Why not 4? 3? 5-1/2???

Five years.... just a random number :) I figure it's more than one (which is important for tax reasons) and less than 10 (which is just so far away my brain doesn't comprehend it!). So - yeah - makes no difference! :)
