Need advice in investing in Florida area

Hi - I'm fairly new to BP and need some advice with investing in FL. We are planning to go down to Naples to look for properties. Is there an area in Naples where it could generate a good cash flow for rental properties? The listings that we looked that were sent by our realtor would only generate about 1% cash flow income or less. Or should I look somewhere else for a better deals and where would that be?

Naples rentals are very hot. One of my colleagues has her duplex cash flowing $700 / month net. Just depends where you want to concentrate around. East Naples and Golden Gate City are good rental areas for duplexes. Honestly it's all over the board. Deals are here to be had, just have to look around.
