I thought I'd put this out to the BP family.  Any Nashville folks have a realtor they love?  Looking in Inglewood / Donelson / Madison / Old Hickory / Hermitage area.  This is actually just for residential, but can't hurt if they are investor-friendly for future endeavors, as well.
