Hi,

I am currently thinking to turn one of my property into a small condo building. I do like to read books about Real Estate, do you know any that could be helpful for small building construction ?

Thanks

Guillaume Rouleau - if you have never done it before hire someone. The analogy I
Use is building a car from scratch and then having a family with children driving it. You open yourself to so many different ways to get sued by building and developing condos it's not something that someone should do unless you are advanced with experience in developing properties
