Plotting my next real estate purchase. What's hot now?
I am plotting my next project. I should be able to make about 100k from my current flip. So in total should have about 200k for my next project. Only thing is inventory is super low in the current area. Does anyone have a good project for me? Or a hot area that isn't crazy expensive? Total gut doesn't scare me as long as he comps are there! My current project is in Decatur 30032.
