Austin VS Houston for investing.

I have to make a decision by the end of the summer as I have an opportunity to move to Houston. The Austin market for flips is tight and with so many people been moving to Austin the prices are high for rentals. Anyone with any insight on how Houston compares for flippers and general investing?
