Trump's Tax Plan - Impact on Investors?

Hey BP Family - There was an awesome blog post today that was blasted out on the BiggerPockets newsletter that was written by @G. Brian Davis. I'm a CPA and really enjoyed Brian's post. I'm interested as to what our community of investors thinks about the proposed tax plan and how it will affect all of us.

The most notable change is the doubling of the standard deduction which moves us away from itemizing returns.
