Hello BP. I just wanted to get your opinions on examples of neighborhood classes in the greater Houston area.

(Example - may not be 100% accurate but just to get the gist of what I'm looking for. The more the better). Thx to all who comment.

Class A - Rice village, Montrose, Bellaire, Heights,

Class B - Humble, clear lake

Class C - Greater Fourth ward,

Class D - Sunny side,

I wouldn't necessarily say Fourth Ward is a C. It's one of the various weird neighborhoods in Houston that has a combo of features you would expect. At worst I would say C+/B-.

Sunny Side has had a huge transformation and I wouldn't categorize it was a D either. C- maybe.

Class A - River Oaks, West U, Memorial Villages, Woodlands, certain submarkets of Katy and Sugarland (they're so large there will plenty of range in between but in general they're highly thought of)

Class B - Pearland, Cypress, most other large suburbs

Class C - Sharpstown, East End, immediate North of Downtown (Hard Yards, etc)

Class D - Fifth Ward, Third Ward
